Return and Refund Policy
CABICO PTY LTD supplies made to order cabinetry and ready to place storage cabinets. We do not offer change of mind returns.
Damage on arrival only
We replace products that arrive damaged. Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, the full unit, and the packaging.
Assessment and inspection
If you are within 50km of Melbourne and the claim is approved for assessment, we may arrange an inspection by a qualified cabinet maker to confirm whether the issue is a manufacturing fault or our workmanship fault.
If the issue is not confirmed as a manufacturing fault or our workmanship fault, an inspection and call out fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be advised before booking.
If you are outside 50km, we may assess the issue using photos, video, or a video call. Where a remedy is approved, replacement parts may be supplied rather than a full cabinet replacement.
If fault is confirmed as ours
If our cabinet maker confirms the issue is due to our workmanship or a faulty product, we will provide a remedy. Where possible, this will be replacement of the affected component. If a full replacement is required and you are within the 50km range, we aim to deliver the replacement within 2 to 3 business days in most cases, subject to workload and material availability.
Not covered
This policy does not cover damage after delivery, including handling, moving, installation, misuse, overloading, impact damage, water exposure, chemical damage, or normal wear and tear. Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect function are not covered.
Black finish note
Black finishes can show minor handling marks more easily than white. Minor scratches, scuffs, or light surface marks may occur during manufacturing, handling, or delivery and are considered cosmetic and acceptable within typical Australian joinery industry tolerances. We do not provide cover or insurance for cosmetic marks.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
